Salmon Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 8-oz cans pink salmon
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c milk
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 24 unsalted soda crackers (crushed)
- salt
- pepper
- celery salt
- seafood seasoning (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in medium sized mixing bowl using hands or a spoon. Pat into greased loaf pan and sprinkle with dried parsley. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for about 20 minutes (or cook in microwave oven for about 7 min.). Serves 2-4.
