Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 pound can salmon
  • 1 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup hot milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsps melted butter
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • paprika, optional

Instructions

Remove skin and bones from the salmon. Add all ingredients except egg whites. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, bake in buttered mold in moderate over for one hour.
