    Salmon Patties

    Ingredients

    • 1 small can (7.5 oz) salmon (preferably deboned)
    • 1 small onion, chopped finely
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • About 1/4 cup self rising flour
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 eggs, beaten

    Instructions

    Mix all ingredients together, make into patties and fry in hot oil until browned, turn and fry on other side until brown. Makes approximately 7 or 8 salmon patties. Serve immediately. If you desire, these may also be baked on a greased baking pan at 350 degrees approximately 35 minutes or until completely cooked.
