This blueberry Jello Mold is easy and delicious. You will love the fruity combination of blueberry and pineapple and the added creaminess from the sour cream.

Ingredients

6 ounces package raspberry gelatin
1 can (20-ounce) crushed pineapple
1 can blueberries
2 large ripe bananas
1 pint sour cream
1 cup fruit juice (1/2 blueberry and 1/2 pineapple)
2 cups boiling water

Instructions

Drain pineapple and blueberries, reserving liquid. Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
Add fruit liquid. Chill for 1 hour. Mash bananas in sour cream. Add to Jello along with fruit.
Pour into large mold or other big container.
