Blueberry Jello Mold Jello Recipe
This blueberry Jello Mold is easy and delicious. You will love the fruity combination of blueberry and pineapple and the added creaminess from the sour cream.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces package raspberry gelatin
- 1 can (20-ounce) crushed pineapple
- 1 can blueberries
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 cup fruit juice (1/2 blueberry and 1/2 pineapple)
- 2 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Drain pineapple and blueberries, reserving liquid. Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
- Add fruit liquid. Chill for 1 hour. Mash bananas in sour cream. Add to Jello along with fruit.
- Pour into large mold or other big container.
