Easy Grasshopper Ice Cream Pie
Mint chocolate ice cream is great on its own but even better in a delicious pie. Easy Grasshopper Ice Cream Pie is a super simple dessert perfect for any occasion. Vanilla ice cream is mixed with creme de menthe, creme de cocoa and Cool Whip to make the ice cream filling. The filling is then placed into a chocolate crumb crust for a frozen dessert that will melt in your mouth. Ingredients
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon green creme de menthe
- 2 teaspoon white creme de cocoa
- 3 cup (8 ounce) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 (9-inch) chocolate crumb crust

Combine ice cream, lemon juice, creme de menthe and creme de cocoa in bowl. Fold in whipping topping, blending well.

Freeze if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust.

Freeze until firm, at least 4 hours. Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired. Store any leftover pie in the freezer.
