Frozen Fruit Salad Pops
These frozen fruit salad pops are the perfect summer snack. Loaded with all of your favorites, these popsicles are like eating a bowl of fruit.
Ingredients
- 1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Homemade Gourmet Spiced Dip Mix
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 12-ounce container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 8-ounce container sour cream
- 1 10-ounce jar maraschino cherries, well drained
- 5 ripe bananas, mashed
- 15 wooden popsicle sticks
Instructions
- In large bowl, combine bananas, pineapple, lemon juice, sugar, spiced dip mix, and pecans; stir until well blended and set aside.
- In separate bowl, combine whipped topping with sour cream and fold into fruit mixture.
- Spoon into a 13x9x2 pan, place 15 popsicle sticks 1 inch apart, cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until set. May be frozen for up to 1 week.
- Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving, cut into squares.
