Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
- 1 package (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped or 4 ounce tub Cool Whip, thawed
- Chocolate fudge ice cream topping
- FOR THE CHOCOLATE CRUST
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 6 ounce semi-sweet choclate chips
- 2 1/2 cup Rice Krispies

To prepare chocolate crunch crust: In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt butter or margarine and the semi-sweet choclate chips.

Remove from heat and gently stir in Rice Krispies until completely coated.
- Press mixture onto bottom and sides of a buttered 9" or 10" pie plate. Chill for 30 minutes.

To prepare pie filling: In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.

Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk and then peanut butter. Beat until smooth.

Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.

Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip.

Turn mixture into prepared crust. Drizzle chocolate fudge topping over pie.

Freeze four hours or until firm. Freeze left overs.
