Raspberry Lime Swirls
Get the great taste of fresh raspberries and cool lime in these frozen pops. Make these as a healthy summer snack or, for a fun activity, whip up a batch with your kids.
Ingredients
- 2 cups low-fat or nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 cup fresh Driscoll's raspberries
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the yogurt with 1 tablespoon of the lime juice until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
- In the same blender, puree the raspberries with the remaining lime juice and sugar.
- Pour the yogurt mixture and the berry puree in layers into popsicle molds. Using a wooden popsicle stick, swirl the layers together.
- Insert sticks, then freeze the pops for at least 6 hours. Enjoy!
