Amish Apple Custard Pie
Just like any Amish recipe, this easy pie recipe uses basic ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. Amish Apple Custard Pie is a pie crust topped with a layer of sliced cinnamon apples and then filled with vanilla custard. This pie is a mix between two of our favorite kinds of pies: custard and apple. The deep dish pie is cool, creamy, and bursting with the fruity flavor of sweet apples. Serve this at a party or potluck, or just make one for an after dinner treat.
