Blueberry Banana Pie
"This is an old family recipe that I have tweaked a bit over the years. My most requested recipe for sure. Super easy and fast for the person who doesn't have a lot time or the inclination to tackle complicated recipes."

Ingredients
- 2 baked pie crust shells
- 4 bananas
- 1 (28-ounce) can blueberry pie filling
- 1 (8-ounce) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sugar (to taste)
- 3 cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
-
Slice bananas, single layer into baked pie shells going up the edges.
-
Beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream (works best with real whipped cream but can use cool whip or dream whip).
-
Spread cream cheese mixture into center of pie, slightly hollowing out the center and up the edges to the rim.
-
Stir blueberry pie filling and divide equally between the 2 pies, leaving about a 1" border of the cream cheese mixture. Chill and keep refrigerated.
