Why make a whole fruit pie when you can make Personal Peach Pies? This peach pie recipe uses peaches in a whole new way that will really surprise you. Instead of using frozen or sliced peaches, you simply put an entire half peach (along with some brown sugar and cinnamon) inside the crust. This treat is so convenient that you could even eat it with your hands. Of course, ice cream is the perfect topping for peach pies, but this fresh peach pie recipe is so good that it can also easily stand on its own.
