Cranberry Applesauce
Ingredients
- 3 cup apples, peeled & cored
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 cup cranberries
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in large nonstick saucepan. Cook, covered, over low heat until fruit is tender; 20 to 30 minutes. Cool slightly and mix with electric mixer on medium for 2 minutes or until fluffy and light. Serve hot or cold. Makes about 5 cups.
