Escalloped Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 cube butter
  • 2 cup sugar (start with less and add to taste)
  • 3 egg
  • 16 ounce can canned crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 cup bread, cubed

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add pineapple. Fold in bread cubes. Pour in baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350F.
