Frozen Fruit Cake Salad
This fruit salad recipe only has three easy steps and isn't your average fruit salad recipe. Frozen fruit cake salad is a great dessert recipe for a summer party.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 1/2 ounce whipped topping
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 13- ounce can crushed pineapple
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- red maraschino cherries
Instructions
- Mix ingredients and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Use a loaf pan or angel food cake pan.
- Slice and serve just like a regular fruit cake.
