As Kristen says, she often makes this breakfast dish for dinner. She's not alone in this. I like making this one as well for a brunch with the grandkids when they come over. I usually include caramelized apples in it, though. I've also been asked how German this is. Not sure. I just know that since I'm German and I make this as well, it's German for me ) Delicious!
