German Dutch Baby Cake

Ingredients
- 4 eggs at room temperature
- 1 cup milk at room temperature
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup butter
Instructions

Preheat oven with 12 inch cast iron in it to 425 degrees F.

In blender blend eggs. Then add milk, sugar, vanilla and blend well together.

Add the flour and blend for 1 minute or until smooth batter. Be sure to scrape down the sides midway.

Melt butter in preheated skillet. When all the butter is melted add batter to the skillet and pop to oven for 20-25 minutes or until puffed and beautiful.

Serve with powdered sugar and lemon wedges.
