Jagerschnitzel
Ingredients
- 4 veal cutlets
- salt
- 1 tbs. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 ounce breadcrumbs
- 1 3/4 ounce fat for frying
- 1/4 pint water
- 3 tbs. sour cream
- chanterelles or soletus edulis, fried in some butter
Instructions
Bread the cutlets with salted beaten egg, flour and breadcrumbs, and fry it from both sides until brown. Give them on a plate and keep warm. Now you add the water and sour cream to the brown fat in the frying pan, stir. Top the cutlets with a heap of mushrooms and pour some sauce over the whole lot. Garnish with some parsley. Serve with pommes frites and green salad.
