Baked Potato On The Grill

"Everyone loves a good baked potato! But making them in summer is something I always shied away from. Too much oven heat! Then, I learned how to "bake" my potatoes on the grill. Start by oiling and salting the skin and wrapping well in tin foil. Poke a few holes to allow steam to escape (and also let some smokey flavor IN). Very large russets need about 90 minutes in a hot grill, so plan accordingly. The result is well worth it!"
