Barbecue Chicken
Worcestershire, soy sauce, and vinegar combine to give this tasty Barbecue Chicken marinade a tangy twist!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 chicken halves
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients (except chicken) in a large resealable bag.
- Add chicken to the bag and toss to coat. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
- Smoke, grill, or bake chicken until no pink juices flow when stabbed with a knife.
