Barbecue Chicken

Worcestershire, soy sauce, and vinegar combine to give this tasty Barbecue Chicken marinade a tangy twist!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 chicken halves

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients (except chicken) in a large resealable bag.
     
  2. Add chicken to the bag and toss to coat. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
     
  3. Smoke, grill, or bake chicken until no pink juices flow when stabbed with a knife.
