Beer Basted Steaks

Ingredients
- 6 sirloin steaks
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tb grainy mustard
- 1 tb white vinegar
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 c beer
Instructions
Yield: 6 servings. Combine all ingredients in a pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes, cool. Pour mixture over steaks. Let stand 1 to 2 hours, turning steaks occasionally. Barbecue until golden brown on both sides.
