Chicken Breasts Terriyaki

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1 tsp crushed ginger root
  • 1/4 cup sweet white wine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 pound chicken breasts skinned, deboned
  • 1 tbsp veg.oil

Instructions

Mix all and refrigerate at least 1 hr. Cook on BBQ, and use marinade to baste.
