Ingredients

  • 3 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 2 large yellow onions, minced finely
  • 4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Mix the beef and lamb together. Cover meat with onions. Sprinkle salt and pepper over onions. Cover mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Form meat on flat skewers and barbecue.
