Easy Chicken Kabobs

Great for the summer, throw these on the grill with your favorite vegetables and enjoy. Seasoned with a homemade mustard lemon sauce, it's tangy flavor will have you eating skewer after skewer. Chicken recipes have never been better.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken thighs or breasts cut to 1-in cubes
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • zest from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • pinch bell pepper, deseeded and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Mix all the marinade ingredients together.

  3. Cover the chicken well with marinade and leave it to marinade for at least 20 minutes.

  4. Place the chicken on skewers: after every piece of chicken place piece of pepper and so on.

  5. If you use wooden skewers soak them in water prior.

  6. Pop to grill for 5 minutes then flip to the other side and grill for 5 more minutes.
