Garlic Parsley Prawns

Ingredients
- 425g raw prawns
- 50g butter
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbs finely chopped parsley
Instructions
Place the prawns in a single layer in a baking dish. Gently melt butter and add the garlic and parsley. Drizzle over the prawns. Bake at 190 C for about 15 minutess. Alternatively, place prawns on a barbecue plate and dot with garlic-parsley butter. Cook 1-2 minutes each side over glowing coals until hot.
