"Quality ingredients make all the difference here with flavorful Gouda, bacon, a hearty portion of beef, herbed mayo and S.Rosen's premium Steakburger bun. This recipe makes one burger but feel free to up the ingredients and make enough for the whole family. With just ten ingredients you can wow others with this delicious, mouth watering meal that is perfect for all beginners in the kitchen. Preparation time is only five minutes and cooking time is 20 minutes. Fast, easy and delicious! "

Ingredients

  • 1 smashed garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoon fresh herbs of choice (we like chives and thyme)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 slice smoked gouda cheese
  • 6 ounce hamburger patty
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • baby arugula
  • 1 S.Rosen's Steakburger Bun
  1. To create herbed mayo combine first four ingredients in food processor and process briefly. Set aside mayo. There will be enough for several burgers.

  2. Season burger with salt and pepper and grill to desired wellness.

  3. While burger is grilling cook 2 slices of bacon.

  4. As burger approaches done, top with slice of Gouda cheese.

  5. To assemble burger, first put down a bed of baby arugula on the bottom of the bun. Top with patty, bacon, and coat top of bun with herbed mayo.
