Grilled Roasted Chicken

Chicken recipes are great for the summer. This wonderful grilled chicken is rubbed with mayonnaise so when it cooks it gets a mouthwatering golden brown color. Seasoned with fresh thyme and rosemary, it's flavors are incredible.
