Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

  • Mix some melted butter and olive oil. Add plenty of crushed garlic,
  • cracked pepper, chopped tarragon, crushed basil, and celery seeds.
  • Add a little white wine, and Tabasco sauce to taste.

Instructions

Peel the shrimp but leave the tails on. Put them in the marinade and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours. Use fine mesh grill that can be put on top of a regular grill to keep the shrimp from falling into the fire. Grill them over a low-medium fire until they're nicely browned. Turn and baste the shrimp often. Salt and serve with a green salad and a loaf of French bread.
