Grilled Steaks

Ingredients

  • a few steaks, especially tri tips
  • meat tenderizer
  • 1/2 cup Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup A-1 Marinade
  • Peach wood chunks

Instructions

Take a few tri tip steaks from the meat rack, sprinkle with meat tenderizer and drop in a bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup A-1 Marinade. Marinate for a couple of hours. Heat up BBQ grill with lava rocks and add peach wood chunks to the grill. Place the meat on the grill, close the lid and grill until done to your taste.
