Ingredients
- meat tenderizer
- 1 envelope McCormick meat marinade mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 Tbsp dry onion flakes
- 3-4 cloves finely mincedgarlic
- 2 Tbsp worcertershire sauce
- 2-3 Tbspdried parsley flakes
- freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Sprinkle meat tenderizer over the meat (both sides) and pierce all over with a fork. Do not add salt . Mix all the marinade ingredients well. Put the meat into a large zip type freezer bag and pour the marinade over. Let sit in the refrigerator at least 3-4 hours (turning the bag about once an hour) or marinate for no longer than 2 days. Grill until desired doneness - medium-rare is good (if cooked well done, it will be dry). Slice thinly.
