Marinated Sirloin Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 to 2-1/2 pounds sirloin steak about 1 to 1-1/2" thick
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced or more
  • 2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Please steak in a shallow dish or large heavy duty resealable plastic bag. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over the meat. Cover or seal and refrigerate overnight. Remove meat; discard marinade. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat until meat is cooked as desired.
