"Asparagus is already such a tasty simple vegetable but add to it the fact that it's being cooked on the smoker really gives it that little extra. The ingredients needed to cook asparagus are very few, you don't want to overpower the flavor of asparagus so we stick with simple ingredients of garlic and oil, salt and pepper then add the smokiness from the wood chips (whichever flavor you choose - we use hickory) and you have a delicious side dish that everyone loves."

  • 2 tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 each Lemon, cut into wedges to serve
