Ingredients

  • Put the banana on the tin foil and shape the foil so that the rum
  • doesn't spill out when you pour it on. Pour on some rum (2-3
  • Tablespoons). Spoon in 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Add a couple
  • of small pieces of cinnamon bark. Seal up the parcel and put it
  • on a dying barbecue for about 10 minutes.

Instructions

dark rum. brown sugar. cinnamon bark. tin foil (size pieces to make parcels). Serve in a bowl with a spot of ice-cream or eat from the foil.
