  • 1 cup gluten free oat flour
  • 1 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup Nancy organic whole milk yogurt
  • 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup fresh whipped cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
