- 1 cup gluten free oat flour
- 1 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 cup Nancy organic whole milk yogurt
- 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup fresh whipped cream
- 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
