Black Chocolate Cake Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/4 ts cream of tartar
- 1/3 c water
- pinch salt
- 1 ts vanilla
Instructions
Combine ingredients in double boiler on low heat. Beat with electric mixer 4 minutes. Spread on cool cake.
