Carrot Cake Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 box (1 lb) 10x sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
Beat sugar, butter and cream cheese until creamy and stir in vanilla and chopped walnuts or pecans.
