Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c margarine or butter, softened
  • 2 ounce unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbls milk

Instructions

Mix margarine and chocolate in medium bowl. Stir in powdered sugar. Beat vanilla and milk until smooth and of spreading consistency. Frosts a 13 x 9 inch cake or fills and frosts two 8- or 9- inch cake layers.
