Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, broken up
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 to 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Melt chocolate and butter, stir. Cool to room temperature. Beat remaining ingredients into choc mixture just until spreading consistency.
