Chocolate Whipped Cream Frosting
Ingredients
- 16 oz. heavy cream
- 4 oz. bittersweet or semi-sweetchocolate
Instructions
Chop chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl. Bring cream to a boil and poor over chocolate (you are making ganache). Wait about 10-15 seconds, then stir until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator until cool. Using an electric mixer, whip ganache till thickened.
