Fat Free Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat cream cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese, part skim milk
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth Good on carrot cakes, spice cakes and pineapple cakes.
