Lemon Cream Cheese Icing
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (or more) whipping cream
Instructions
Makes: 1 cup. Blend sugar, cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon peel and vanilla in food processor, using on/off turns. Blend in enough cream to form thick but pourable icing.
