Lemon Glaze
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
Instructions
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt with 3/4 cup water in a saucpan; mix well. Bring to a rolling boil; boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add lemon rind and butter; stir in lemon juice gradually. Cool thoroughly.
