Peanut Butter Icing
Ingredients
- 2 T butter, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
In small bowl combine butter, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla and 1/4 c milk with electric mixer at medium speed. Beat frosting until creamy and of spreading consistency. If frosting is too thick to spread, gradually beat in a little more milk.
