Ricotta Cheese Icing
Ingredients
- 2 cups part skim milk ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Try on spice cakes, banana or other fruit cakes.
