Simple Cream Cheese Icing
Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 cup melted margarine, (1 stick)
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pound powdered sugar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well with a mixer on high speed until smooth. Excellent for carrot cake.
