Soft Chocolate Frosting/filling
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 3 tb cornstarch)
- 1/8 ts salt
- 1 c boiling water
- 2 tb margarine
- 1 c chocolate chips (6 oz)
- 1 ts vanilla
Instructions
Mix sugar, starch, and salt, add boiling water. Cook, stirring constantly, till it comes to a boil, boil one min. and remove from heat. Stir in chips till smooth. Stir in margarine and vanilla. Spread while warm.
