Stay soft Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
Combine cocoa, cornstarch, sugar and salt. Stir in milk slowly. Cook until thick (stovetop) stirring continuously. Add butter and vanilla. Cool, then spread Low fat or non-fat milk may be used, making this a very low-fat cake frosting.
