Ingredients

  • 1 ounce ginger
  • 1 ounce cardamom
  • 1 ounce cardamom
  • 1/4 ounce cayenne
  • 3 ounce tumeric

Instructions

Curry, either in powder or paste form, has its flavor developed in olive oil or ghee (clarified butter). The paste is then cooked in a low oven for several hours before final preparation with the main food.
