Broiled Lamb Chops with Mustard Honey Glaze
Ingredients
- 1/4 c Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 ts ground Ginger
- 4 large lamb shoulder chops
Instructions
Yield: 4 servings. Mix together first 5 ingredients. Trim excess fat from chops; place chops on grill. Generously spread chops with half of spice mixture and baste during grilling.
