Bbq Rub
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsps crushed chilies
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp oregano
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and rub on the meat the night before grilling. Place meat in a "Zip Lock" bag and place the meat in the refrigerator.
